Start by holding a dumbbell in each hand in front of you about chest level. Your palms should be facing you with your elbows bent and close to your side. Push the dumbbells up by straignthing your elbows and slightly rotate your shoulders until the palm of your hands are facing each other and your arms are straight. Next, slowly lower the weights to their original position by rotating your shoulders. Repeat this same movement.
