This exercise is a great warm-up for stretching out your neck and getting loose.

With your feet shoulder width apart, turn your head as if you are looking behind you over your left shoulder, then turn your head the opposite direction as to look over your right shoulder. Attempt to turn your head as much as possible without causing pain.
