Neck Forward and Backward Warm-up
This exercise is a great warm-up for stretching out your neck and getting loose.
Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and simply nod your head forward attempting to touch your chen to your chest as far as possible. Next, rock your head backwards as if attempting to touch the back of your head to your back as far as possible.
This simple nodding motion is great for loosening up your neck muscles and should be done prior to working out your neck.
