The barbell incline bench press utilizes an inclined bench to isolate the upper chest, shoulder and arm muscles. This is a great workout for isolating your chest, shoulders or tricep muscles.

Barbell Incline Bench Press

Raise the bench to an inclined position and sit on the seat with your back on the backrest. Hold the barbell with an overhand grip. Keep your back flat on the backrest and fully extend your arms. Return to the starting position and repeat this action.

Anterior Deltoid (shoulder)
Triceps (back of arm)
